Chicago Auto Repair

I've been to M&R about half a dozen times and I have always had great service. The staff is very nice and will take the time to explain the problem to you. They will also tell you if a repair is essential or if you can put it off for a while. They always keep you informed of the status of your car and the repairs tend to be completed in only a day or two.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about M&R Import Car Service. I used to live a few doors down from them, and not only did they always fix my car well and in a timely manner, but the owners often asked if they could help me with my groceries or anything else I needed. When I would go on vacation, they watched my car. One time, they even washed it for me. After I moved to another neighborhood, I put them in my cell phone and frequently called on them for some car help. M&R is a family run business. Mike Senior, the owner, is wonderful, as is his son Mike Jr and daughter Patty. Chris is also great. I recommend M&R to anyone who wants a great job done for a reasonable price!

This place has great, honest service. They charged me about 30% less than the place that I'd been referred to by my dealer. They were prompt & accommodating and extremely friendly. I am very pleased with their services!
